Hybrid Event held at University at Buffalo - Option to attend in-person or virtually via Zoom link. July 17-20, 2023. Monday - Wednesday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, Thursday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Theme: Between Violation and Healing: Toward an Existential Phenomenology of Trauma
The workshop will move between a standard trauma training format (with information and personal exercises) and hermeneutic phenomenological reflection on trauma. There will be room to integrate a deeper understanding of trauma into research and clinical practice.
